abzusichern (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
Bella on Tour

Visiting these pages
When you open the pages, the hosting provider ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, processes technical connection data (in particular your IP address, shortened by its last two blocks) in server logs to deliver and secure the pages
(Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 190 days. These pages set no cookies, use no advertising services and load no external fonts or content.
Audience measurement with Matomo. These pages use the open-source software Matomo to understand how the pages are used (for example page views, region of origin, browser and operating system). Matomo runs exclusively on a server I operate myself (matomo.webersven.de), and the data is not passed on to third parties. The IP address is shortened before analysis and Matomo sets no cookies. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in improving the pages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is kept until the purpose ceases; you can object to the measurement at any time by email to apps@webersven.de (Art. 21 GDPR). This measurement concerns the web pages only, not the apps.
Kreilo
Data on your device. Kreilo stores best times, move counts, stars, the world you played last and your settings (sound, music, haptics, language) only locally on your device.
The app does not connect to servers of its own, needs no user account and contains no advertising, analytics or tracking. I do not receive this data. A connection to Apple services only exists if you voluntarily switch on Game Center or open the purchase view for the tip or buy (see below).
It may be included in your device backup (for example iCloud Backup), which is governed by Apple’s terms.
Deletion. If you delete Kreilo from your device, the data stored locally in the app’s storage is removed. Existing device backups, support emails already sent and values already reported to Game Center and purchases handled by Apple are not deleted by this.
Game Center (optional). Kreilo can report your results to Game Center, Apple's gaming service. This is voluntary and off by default: without your consent (the notice before the first sign-in, or the switch in Settings) Kreilo does not call Game Center and sends nothing. The game works fully without it.
- What Kreilo reports: your stars (total per world and overall, plus an internal tie-breaker derived from play time that only orders players with equal stars), the sum of your best level times per world and device type (iPhone portrait, iPhone landscape, iPad), and the progress of your achievements. A world appears in the time leaderboards only once all its levels have a time.
- What Kreilo retrieves and shows: the leaderboards (rank, nickname and score of players) and your own entry; in Settings Kreilo shows your Game Center nickname. The leaderboard view can be limited to friends from your Game Center account; Kreilo does not store your friends list.
- What Kreilo stores locally: a player identifier issued by Game Center for this app and which values have already been reported, so nothing is sent twice and each Game Center account gets its own state when you switch accounts. This stays on your device.
- Who sees it: In global leaderboards your nickname and score are visible to all Game Center users; Apple decides this, not the app. Whether and with whom your achievement progress and your Game Center activity (for example games played) are shared, you control on iPhone/iPad under “Settings → Game Center → Activity Sharing”.
- Who is responsible: The data goes to Apple. I do not receive it, run no server of my own for it and do not analyse player data. Apple processes Game Center data under its own responsibility; see Apple: Game Center & Privacy.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by switching it on.
- Switching off: Under “Settings → Game Center” you can stop reporting at any time. This also stops retrieving the leaderboards. Values already reported stay with Apple; values not yet sent stay on your device and are only sent if you switch it on again. Signing out of Game Center itself is only possible in the iOS/iPadOS settings.
- Deletion: Deleting the app or local data deletes nothing at Apple. You decide about data stored at Apple through your Apple account, not through Kreilo. Apple generally keeps Game Center information for as long as the linked Apple Account exists. You control who sees your achievement progress and activity on iPhone/iPad under “Settings → Game Center → Activity Sharing”. You exercise your privacy rights towards Apple, including deleting the account, at privacy.apple.com; for questions about deleting Game Center data, contact Apple's privacy contact. I cannot promise a way to delete only the values from Kreilo at Apple, nor a specific deletion effect.
Purchases (optional, “Buy me a coffee”). Under “Settings → Information → Buy me a coffee” you can voluntarily tip Kreilo (consumable in-app purchase in three tiers). It unlocks nothing and has no effect on the game; Kreilo is fully usable without a purchase. Payment, billing, payment data and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store; I do not receive any payment data. Kreilo processes the transaction information provided by Apple on your device to verify and complete the purchase. The app does not keep its own purchase history and does not send this information to a server of its own. When you open the purchase view, Kreilo retrieves the products and prices from Apple. Apple's terms apply to the purchase; report refunds and problems to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). My provider details are in the legal notice. I do not process any personal data myself in this context, so there is no separate legal basis for it.
Feedback by email. “Settings → Feedback” prepares an email to apps@webersven.de in your device’s mail app. Nothing is sent automatically; the email leaves only when you send it there yourself, and you see and can edit the content first.
Optionally (a switch in the form, on by default) it includes the app version, iOS/iPadOS version, device model, language and the level you played last. I process your sender address, the content and any attachments to answer your request and fix bugs
(Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; for contract-related requests Art. 6(1)(b)). The mail provider is ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. I delete correspondence no later than 6 months after the request is resolved, unless statutory retention duties apply.
Bella on Tour
Data on your device. Bella on Tour stores your settings (haptics, sound, Game Center on or off), your records per game mode and small markers (for example whether a hint has already been shown) only locally on your device. For each finished run the app also keeps a few game values (for example score, duration, number of treats and result) in a file on the device; the app never sends this file to me or to third parties on its own. The released app has no function to pass it on; in test versions (TestFlight) you can copy or share the values yourself. The file is excluded from device backups.
The app does not connect to servers of its own, needs no user account and contains no advertising, analytics or tracking. I do not receive this data. A connection to Apple services only exists if you voluntarily switch on Game Center (see below).
Settings, records and markers may be included in your device backup (for example iCloud Backup), which is governed by Apple’s terms.
Deletion. If you delete Bella on Tour from your device, the data stored locally in the app’s storage is removed. Existing device backups and values already reported to Game Center are not deleted by this.
Game Center (optional). Bella on Tour can report your scores and achievements to Game Center, Apple's gaming service. This is voluntary and off by default: without your consent (the notice before you first switch it on, then the “Game Center” switch in Settings) Bella on Tour does not call Game Center and sends nothing. The game works fully without it.
- What Bella on Tour reports: your scores for the leaderboards (Endless score, Goal Run score, longest chain in Endless), the total number of treats you have collected and the progress of your achievements. Only runs with the game's default settings are reported.
- What Bella on Tour retrieves and shows: the leaderboards (rank, nickname and score of the top players) and your own entry; in Settings the app shows your Game Center nickname. The app does not show photos.
- What Bella on Tour stores locally: a player identifier issued by Game Center for this app and which values have already been reported, so nothing is sent twice and each Game Center account gets its own state when you switch accounts. The app never displays this identifier and does not pass it on; it stays on your device in a file excluded from device backups.
- Switching off: With the “Game Center” switch in Settings you can stop reporting at any time. This also stops retrieving the leaderboards. Runs you play while Game Center is off are not reported afterwards. Values already reported stay with Apple; values from before you switched it off that were not yet sent stay on your device and are only sent if you switch it on again. Signing out of Game Center itself is only possible in the iOS/iPadOS settings.
- Deletion: Deleting the app or local data deletes nothing at Apple. You decide about data stored at Apple through your Apple account, not through Bella on Tour. I cannot promise a way to delete only the values from Bella on Tour at Apple, nor a specific deletion effect.
Children. The game works without Game Center. Children should only turn on Game Center with their parents' permission.

Changes
As of 27 October 2026. If an app gains features that process data (for example further purchases or advertising), this notice is updated before that feature is released.
