Was ist Kreilo? Du ziehst Linien über das Spielfeld, schließt Flächen ein und deckst so ein Bild auf, während Gegner dich zu stoppen versuchen.
Brauche ich ein Konto oder Internet? Zum Spielen brauchst du weder ein Konto noch eine Internetverbindung. Deine Spieldaten werden lokal gespeichert. Für Game Center (Toplisten und Erfolge, freiwillig), das Trinkgeld („Kaffee spendieren“, freiwillig), den Versand einer Feedback-Mail und das Öffnen der Informationsseiten benötigst du eine Verbindung.
Wie lösche ich meine Spieldaten? Wenn du Kreilo vom Gerät löschst, werden die lokal gespeicherten Daten entfernt. Gerätesicherungen, bereits versendete Mails und bereits an Game Center gemeldete Werte bleiben davon unberührt.
Was sind die Toplisten? Mit Game Center, dem Spieledienst von Apple, vergleichst du deine Sterne und Level-Zeiten mit anderen Spielern und sammelst Erfolge. Das ist freiwillig: Du schaltest es über Toplisten auf der Startseite oder unter Einstellungen → Game Center ein und kannst es dort jederzeit wieder ausschalten. Ohne Zustimmung sendet Kreilo nichts.
Meine Toplisten sind leer oder zeigen nichts Neues. Du musst in den iOS-/iPadOS-Einstellungen bei Game Center angemeldet sein und eine Internetverbindung haben. Eine Zeit-Topliste einer Welt erscheint erst, wenn du alle Level dieser Welt auf dem jeweiligen Gerätetyp (iPhone hochkant, iPhone quer, iPad) geschafft hast. Meldungen, die gerade nicht ankamen, holt Kreilo später automatisch nach.
Ich habe das Melden ausgeschaltet. Sind meine Werte weg? Bereits gemeldete Werte bleiben bei Apple. Noch nicht gesendete Werte bleiben auf deinem Gerät und werden gesendet, wenn du das Melden wieder einschaltest. Das Abmelden von Game Center geht nur in den iOS-/iPadOS-Einstellungen.
Wie lösche ich meine Daten bei Game Center? Kreilo kann Game-Center-Daten nicht löschen: Das Löschen der App oder lokaler Daten löscht nichts bei Apple. Apple bewahrt Game-Center-Informationen grundsätzlich so lange auf, wie der Apple-Account besteht. Was ist „Kaffee spendieren“? Ein freiwilliges Trinkgeld unter Einstellungen → Informationen → Kaffee spendieren, in drei Stufen. Es schaltet nichts frei und gibt keine Spielvorteile; Kreilo bleibt für alle gleich. Es ist ein verbrauchbarer Kauf: Du kannst ihn beliebig oft wiederholen, eine „Käufe wiederherstellen“-Funktion gibt es nicht und ist auch nicht nötig.
Der Kauf klappt nicht oder ist „nicht verfügbar“. Du brauchst eine Internetverbindung und musst im App Store angemeldet sein; Käufe können in den iOS-/iPadOS-Einstellungen (Bildschirmzeit) eingeschränkt sein. Versuch es später noch einmal. Bei Kinderkonten kann der Kauf auf die Freigabe der Eltern warten.
Ich wurde belastet, möchte das aber rückgängig machen. Die Abrechnung läuft über Apple. Erstattungen beantragst du bei Apple unter reportaproblem.apple.com.
Wie ändere ich die Sprache? Einstellungen → Sprache: System, Deutsch oder English.
Das Feedback-Formular öffnet keine Mail. Auf dem Gerät muss eine Mail-App eingerichtet sein. Sonst schreib direkt an apps@webersven.de.
Ich habe einen Fehler gefunden. Beschreib kurz, was du getan hast, was passiert ist und was du erwartet hast. Hilfreich sind Welt und Level. Die technischen Angaben (App-Version, Gerät) kannst du in der Mail mitsenden oder löschen. Prüfe Screenshots vorher auf persönliche Inhalte.
Bella on Tour
Was ist Bella on Tour? Ein humorvolles Arcade-Spiel mit der Hündin Bella: Sie läuft von allein, du steuerst per Tipp, links springt Bella und rechts rollt sie. Sammle Leckerli, baue Ketten für mehr Punkte und weiche Hindernissen aus. Es gibt zwei Modi: die Zielstrecke (mit drei Herzen als Puffer) und den Endlosmodus. Eine Kurzanleitung findest du in der App unter Einstellungen → So wird gespielt.

Das ist freiwillig: Du öffnest im Menü Bestenliste oder schaltest unter Einstellungen → Game Center ein und kannst es dort jederzeit wieder ausschalten. Ohne Zustimmung sendet Bella on Tour nichts.
Meine Bestenliste ist leer, oder mein letzter Lauf fehlt. Du musst in den iOS-/iPadOS-Einstellungen bei Game Center angemeldet sein und eine Internetverbindung haben; mit dem Pfeil im Kreis neben den Boards lädst du die Liste neu. Gemeldet werden nur Läufe mit den Standardeinstellungen des Spiels, und Apple zeigt neue Einträge manchmal mit Verzögerung. Wenn die Anmeldung abgebrochen wurde, tippe auf Erneut versuchen. Ist Game Center auf dem Gerät eingeschränkt (zum Beispiel bei einem Kinderkonto), zeigt die App das an und das Spiel läuft ganz normal weiter.

Wie schalte ich Sound oder Vibration aus? Unter Einstellungen → Sound und Einstellungen → Haptik. Der Stummschalter des Geräts wirkt ebenfalls auf den Sound.

What is Kreilo? You draw lines across the field, enclose areas and uncover a picture while enemies try to stop you.
Do I need an account or internet? To play you need neither an account nor an internet connection. Your game data is stored locally. Game Center (leaderboards and achievements, voluntary), the tip (“Buy me a coffee”, voluntary), sending a feedback email and opening the information pages require a connection.
How do I delete my game data? If you delete Kreilo from your device, the locally stored data is removed. Device backups, emails already sent and values already reported to Game Center are not affected.
What are the leaderboards? With Game Center, Apple's gaming service, you compare your stars and level times with other players and collect achievements. This is voluntary: you switch it on via Leaderboards on the start screen or under Settings → Game Center, and you can switch it off there at any time. Without your consent Kreilo sends nothing.
My leaderboards are empty or show nothing new. You must be signed in to Game Center in the iOS/iPadOS settings and have an internet connection. A world's time leaderboard only appears once you have completed all levels of that world on the device type in question (iPhone portrait, iPhone landscape, iPad). Reports that did not arrive are sent automatically later.
I switched reporting off. Are my values gone? Values already reported stay with Apple. Values not yet sent stay on your device and are sent when you switch reporting on again. Signing out of Game Center is only possible in the iOS/iPadOS settings.
How do I delete my data at Game Center? Kreilo cannot delete Game Center data: deleting the app or local data deletes nothing at Apple. Apple generally keeps Game Center information for as long as the Apple Account exists. You exercise your privacy rights at privacy.apple.com; background is at Apple: Game Center & Privacy.
What is “Buy me a coffee”? A voluntary tip under Settings → Information → Buy me a coffee, in three tiers. It unlocks nothing and gives no gameplay advantages; Kreilo stays the same for everyone. It is a consumable purchase: you can repeat it as often as you like, there is no “Restore purchases” function and none is needed.
The purchase does not work or is “not available”. You need an internet connection and must be signed in to the App Store; purchases can be restricted in the iOS/iPadOS settings (Screen Time). Please try again later. On child accounts the purchase may wait for a parent's approval.
I was charged but want to undo it. Billing is handled by Apple. Request refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I change the language? Settings → Language: System, Deutsch or English.
The feedback form does not open an email. A mail app must be set up on the device. Otherwise write directly to apps@webersven.de.
I found a bug. Briefly describe what you did, what happened and what you expected. World and level help. You can keep or delete the technical details (app version, device) in the email. Check screenshots for personal content first.
Bella on Tour
What is Bella on Tour? A humorous arcade game starring Bella the dog: she runs on her own and you steer by tapping, left makes Bella jump and right makes her roll. Collect treats, build chains for more points and dodge obstacles. There are two modes: the Goal Run (with three hearts as a buffer) and the Endless mode. You can find a short guide in the app under Settings → How to play.
Do I need an account or internet? To play you need neither an account nor an internet connection. Your game data is stored locally. Only Game Center (leaderboards and achievements, voluntary) and opening the privacy notice and legal notice require a connection.
How do I delete my game data? If you delete Bella on Tour from your device, the locally stored data is removed. Device backups and values already reported to Game Center are not affected.
What are the leaderboard and achievements? With Game Center, Apple's gaming service, you compare your scores with other players and collect achievements. This is voluntary: you open Leaderboard in the menu or switch it on under Settings → Game Center, and you can switch it off there at any time. Without your consent Bella on Tour sends nothing.
My leaderboard is empty, or my last run is missing. You must be signed in to Game Center in the iOS/iPadOS settings and have an internet connection; the circular arrow next to the boards reloads the list. Only runs with the game's default settings are reported, and Apple sometimes shows new entries with a delay. If the sign-in was cancelled, tap Try again. If Game Center is restricted on the device (for example on a child account), the app says so and the game keeps running normally.
I switched Game Center off. Are my values gone? Values already reported stay with Apple. Runs you play while Game Center is off are not reported afterwards. Values from before you switched it off that were not yet sent stay on your device and are sent when you switch Game Center on again. Signing out of Game Center itself is only possible in the iOS/iPadOS settings.
How do I delete my data at Game Center? Bella on Tour cannot delete Game Center data: deleting the app or local data deletes nothing at Apple.
